Magnificent, Poignant, Moving,… So many words can describe the qualities of this film.
For those looking for a joyful movie, humorous or hope : go your way. This film is a great sadness, although the start (except the introduction) does not suggest. The vast majority of people who will see it the first time can not help crying or having a tear to the eye so this film is poignant. The film arrives so well transcribe the emotions and sadness of the two children that we can not help but have the same reactions they. And this is not the age of the film (which just over 19 years, its Japanese release dated 16 avril 1988) which will reduce the qualities of this film, on the contrary, I find that it has not aged.
I have only one thing to say to those who have not seen : run the rent, buy,… Finally, try to find a way to see it because it is worth seeing (finally, avoid anyway to see if you are in a deep depression ^^ it does not help you).
